General questions that we receive:
  • Do you accept custom work?
    • Generally yes, but please contact us for details. 
  • Do you accept local sales?
    • Yes we do! Please contact us for local meet up as we are still trying to figure out how to add that option in our order processing system. 
  • Do you have a physical store?
    • Currently we don't have a physical store. We are hoping that will change soon though!
  • Do you accept returns?
    • Returns are generally not accepted unless it is obvious manufacturing error or defect. Please send us an email for RMA before shipping the product back. Any returns without RMA will not be refunded.
  • Can I cancel items?
    • Everything you need to know about the product is listed in the product description and it is assumed that you read the full description before purchasing. In addition, given the '"made-to-order" nature of our products, cancellation of orders are not possible at this time.
