Made-to-Order Products

All Jolly Rogue products are made to order to ensure each item meets our quality standards.

Our standard processing time is approximately 2 weeks (10 business days) before your order ships. While some orders may ship sooner, earlier shipment is not guaranteed and should not be expected.

Expedited Processing

At this time, expedited processing is not available. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Lead Time Changes

Occasionally, processing times may change due to circumstances such as vacations, holidays, illness, or other unforeseen events.

If our current lead time differs from the standard processing time listed above, the updated lead time will be clearly announced on our website. Any posted announcement supersedes the standard 2-week (10 business day) processing estimate for orders placed during that period.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
